The offer and sale of products on our website ("el-faraon.com") are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The products purchased are sold directly by EL FARAON.

EL FARAON offers products for sale on https://el-faraon.com and carries out its own e-commerce activity exclusively with regard to the final consumer.

By "final consumer" is meant any natural person who operates for purposes other than any business or professional activity that may be carried out. If you are not an "end consumer", we invite you to refrain from entering into commercial transactions on https://el-faraon.com.

In view of the commercial policy described above, EL FARAON reserves the right not to accept orders from anyone who is not an "end consumer" or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy as defined herein.

The general terms and conditions of sale may be modified, in particular in consideration of any changes in legislation.

In addition, each time you place an order on the EL FARAON website, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of placing your order.

Article 1

Prices

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, except for processing and shipping costs.

1.2 - In case of order towards a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the products concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated without taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required. These rights and sums are not the spring of el-faraon.com.

They will be with your load and raise your whole responsibility as well in terms for declaration as for payment to the authorities and qualified organizations of your country. We advise you to inform you on these aspects near the local authorities of your country.

1.3 - All the orders must be paid in Euros.

1.4 - el-faraon.com reserves the right to modify the prices constantly but the products will be invoicees on the basis of tariffs in force at the time of the recording of the orders, subject to their availability.

Order

By validating your order on line, you accept unconditionally and you commit yourselves respecting, in the relations with el-faraon.com, the present General Conditions of Sale.

If you disagree with any of the terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to confirm your order form for the purchase of products on el-faraon.com.

By submitting your order form, you confirm that you are aware of and accept these General Conditions of Sale without reservation.

Article 3

Availability

Our offers of products are proposed within the limit of stocks available. Errors can exceptionally exist, in particular in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers.

In the case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we undertake to keep you informed by email or telephone as soon as possible.

When a product is no longer available, it is displayed "sold out" and it is therefore no longer possible to order it.

However, if the product in question were to be available again on the site, you can receive an email automatically to be informed by clicking on "Receive an email if available".

el-faraon.com does not incur any responsibility in the event of out-of-stock condition or unavailability of the products.

Article 4

Finalization of order

At any time, you can: Make your selection of items by clicking on "Add to bag" and then click on "Confirm your order".

Add products by clicking on "Continue shopping

Consult the selected products by clicking on "Bag".

You can update the quantities by clicking on the number of units selected or delete an item by clicking on the cross.

For each product selected on the site el-faraon.com, a summary page will be displayed, including the photo of the article, its colors and references, the quantity chosen, its unit price and the total price of your order. We invite you to check the exactitude of your selection before placing your order.

If all the efforts are implemented to ensure that the color and the reason of the products whose photographs are posted on the site el-faraon.com are faithful to the original products, variations can intervene, in particular because of the limitations of return of the colors according to the data-processing equipment.

Consequently, el-faraon.com cannot be held for person in charge of errors or inaccuracies of the photographs or the graphic representations of the products appearing on the site el-faraon.com.

In the event of questions on the products, you can naturally contact the Customer service.

Any order by Internet supposes that you provide at the time of the aforementioned order exact and complete information. The information requested will include: title, last name, first name, telephone number, email address, billing address and delivery address.

Once completed, your order will be sent directly to us for processing.
You will be able to modify or cancel it only by contacting the Customer service by telephone or email.

el-faraon.com reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order, or if el-faraon.com reasonably believes that a customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or for any other legitimate reason.

A summary of your order will be sent to you by email. The acknowledgement of receipt will show the title of the products ordered, the quantity, the price and the amount of shipping costs.

You have the possibility to create an account in order to save the billing and delivery information for a future order. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of this account. You undertake, under your sole responsibility, to keep these identifiers confidential and never to communicate them to third parties.

Consequently, any purchase made with these identifiers will be considered as made by you. In the event of loss, of flight, or any fraudulent use of your password, you commit yourselves informing immediately el-faraon.com.

Article 5

Delivery

The sendings in France are carried out by Colissimo followed.

For deliveries in the European Union, EL FARAON uses the Colissimo international services.

For deliveries outside Europe, EL FARAON uses the services of Colissimo international.

You will be able to collect your products after being notified by email that your order is ready.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated when you finalize your shopping bag and appear in the total to pay. The amount depends on the products in your order, the delivery zone and the service you choose.

When the package is sent, we send you by email its corresponding tracking number. From the moment of departure until its arrival, you have the possibility to follow your parcel by indicating its number of sending on its respective site.

Customs and other charges in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding 8 working days must be reported to our Customer Service by email or telephone.

You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomalies found (open package, damaged product, ...) You must then contact Customer Service by phone or email.

Return / Exchange

EL FARAON is committed to providing you with high quality products. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, EL FARAON will exchange it or refund you.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products.

Please contact customer service before returning an item by email (customercare@el-faraon.com).

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with a copy of the invoice, to the following address

We will provide you with a return form sent by email and the return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Customs fees may be retained in case of return from a country outside the European Union.

Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.

Unidentified returned packages can be sent back to the sender.

Intellectual property
